Cozy Campfire Coffee is a brand of Chill Brands, LLC (Texas). Coffee is roasted after you order, so we don’t take unused bags back — opened or unopened.
What we will refund or replace
If something is wrong — damaged in shipping, the wrong item, leaking, stale on arrival, or the coffee is clearly not drinkable — email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We’ll replace that item or refund it. You shouldn’t pay to fix our mistake. Return shipping for those orders is on us.
What we will not refund
- Change of mind
- A roast you didn’t like
- The wrong grind you selected at checkout
- An unopened bag you decided not to use
Those are not refunds because the coffee is roasted to your order.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go to the original payment method after we confirm. We don’t offer store credit unless you ask for it.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number, what went wrong, and a photo. We’ll reply with next steps. Do not ship a bag back until we say so.
